We're starting a referral program. If four paid participants refer the same student that student can attend by paying the $50 deposit.
This is to help groups that are on the fence because one of their members can't afford to go. Please ask your student if they'd like to refer a friend and work to get others to do the same for that student.
The registration form now has a Referral Student Name. And if you've already registered, please email sge@hazenboosters.org with the student's name you'd like to refer.
Hazen 2023 Seniors! Don't miss your chance to celebrate with your class! Registration is now open for Grad Night! Ticket price $125. Follow this link to register online.
Where are we going? It's a secret until you're there. The one thing we will tell you is that it will be extremely fun for every student. Spend the night after your graduate with your fellow seniors with amazing transportation, food, entertainment, prizes, and FUN!
What are we doing? SO MANY AMAZING THINGS---past years entertainment have included casinos, music, go karts, game shows, hypnotists, magicians, boat rides, dodge ball, Segways, dancing, money pits, gifts and prizes, and so much more! Again, it will all be revealed at the multiple private venues we've reserved for you to attend.
How do we get there? You will check in and travel on private buses with Hazen Seniors and parent chaperones directly following graduation at the ShoWare Center.
Why should I go? Every single senior that has attended past events has said so! Example quotes: "I couldn't have imagined we'd have so much fun. It was awesome!" What comes next? Simply get registered here!! Download all of the forms below, fill them out, and bring signed copies to the Hazen Office. Then sit back, have fun during graduation with your family, and check in on time! We'll take care of the rest!
This event is for Hazen Seniors only. Venues have been selected to provide safety for everyone, including more than enough capacity and space to keep Seniors safely distanced. Food handling and transportation are all in line with current guidelines and regular disinfection will be performed.
We are actively fundraising to fill the gap from the $125 charged to seniors and the cost of the event (almost twice the price charged to seniors).
Please privately email us if you want to attend but can not afford the full price of your ticket at sge@hazenboosters.org. This information will remain confidential. Some scholarships will be available!
