1) Please join or renew your 2024-25 Hazen Boosters membership today online at www.hazenboosters.org (automatic fundraiser for SGE25) Not sure if your membership is current right now? Email vpmembership@hazenboosters.org 

2) Buy your senior's Grad Night ticket by June 5th to give us time to process all of the required forms, etc. They can register on the night of graduation, but it will take longer and risk the group departure being delayed. Please register TODAY

3) It's time to volunteer! We could use help serving at the senior BBQ on June 10th. Please email gabe.harris1@gmail.com.

4) WE NEED YOUR HELP!  Please purchase and share info with family, friends and community about our fundraising events and opportunities to  increase participation. Share our web page address and  hazenboosters.org for more info

Hazen 2025 Seniors--Don't miss your chance to celebrate with your classmates at your Grad Night June 11th overnight celebration event! Online registration is open. All registered students will be automatically entered in prize drawings on May 1, and June 1. Where are we going?  It's a secret until you're there.  We can share that it will be extremely fun with something for everyone.  Spend the night of graduation one last time with your classmates with private transportation, endless entertainment, food, tons of prizes, and FUN!   

What are we doing?  We can't tell until you get there. Past years entertainment have included casinos, music, go karts, game shows, hypnotists, magicians, boat rides, dodge ball, Segways, dancing, money pits, gifts and prizes, and so much more!  Your itinerary will be revealed at the private venues we've reserved for you on Grad Night.  

How do we get there?  You'll check in  at Hazen and travel on private buses with Hazen Seniors and chaperones to the event(s).   

Why should I go?  Every senior that has attended past events has said so afterward. Past attendee quotes: "I couldn't have imagined we'd have so much fun. It was honestly incredible!"  "I've never had this kind of fun with my class until Grad Night. It was amazing. I'm so glad I chose to go."  "I unwound and celebrated with my friends on my last day ever at Hazen. Don’t miss it. I definitely recommend it."  "I had no idea what to expect. It was a blast.  I'm so glad I went."  

What do I do next?  

Register online. Complete required forms (on registration page). Bring hard copies to the Hazen Office or email legible copies to sge@hazenboosters.org. Then sit back, have fun during graduation, and check in for the event on time!  We'll take care of the rest.

This event is for Hazen Senior students only.   Venues have been selected to provide a wide array of entertainment and recreation for all. Food/beverage, prizes, staff and transportation are included.  We are fundraising to fill the gap from the ticket price charged to seniors and the cost of the event (almost twice that amount).  

Please privately email us if you want to attend but cannot afford the full price of your ticket at sge@hazenboosters.org.  This information will remain confidential.  Some scholarships are available!
